NAVSEA anticipates a limited competition between Lockheed Martin, Defense Ssystems, Pittsfield, Mass. 01201, and Loral Defense Systems - East, Great Neck, NY 11020. These companies are the only qualified producers of the AEGIS D/DC equipment. They are the only sources with the knowledge, experience, tooling and equipment necessary to perform the work described.
