70 -- USE OF CYRILLIC FONTS, CYRILLIC KEYBOARD MAPPING, AND DOCUMENTATION DUE 052196 POC Contact Shirley Alexander, Contract Specialist, (703) 810-4789, or Dave Miller, Contracting Officer, (703) 810-4796 OSIA requires a contractor experienced in the use of Cyrillic fonts, Cyrillic keyboard mapping, and document conversion to provide the following services: (1) gather, consolidate, and analyze all OSIA Cyrillic font requirements; (2) identify OSIA's Cyrillic font issues (variations in fonts used, incompatibilities, keyboard mapping problems, etc.; (3) provide alternative solutions to the problems/issues; (4) make recommendations for the optimal solution(s) to include recommending standard fonts/software, keyboard mappings, training, etc.; (5) convert approximately 300 Cyrillic documents currently in FrameMaker format in a SunOS environment to Microsoft Word 6.0 format in the Windows NT environment using the recommended Cyrillic font.
