The Federal Communications Commission (FCC), plans to renew its subscription to the electronic edition of the Communications Daily, during the period October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996. The above software subscription is already licensed and operational on the FCC network. FCC intends to procure these support srvices on a noncompetitive basis from Warren Publishing. All responsible sources capable of providing the subscription are encouraged to repond. Only written responses will receive consideration. Responses must convey clear and convincing documentation of advantages to the Government to consider another source. The documentation shall include prices, GSA Schedule number (if applicable), and descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bonafide capability to meet this requirement. Responses must be received by this office within 15 days after publication of this notice. No solicitation is available.
