L -- IDECM INSTALLED EFFECTIVENESS ANALYSIS AND MEETING SUPPORT SOL N00019-96-C-0005 POC Contact, Wallace D. Coggins, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate two provisioned item orders under the Integrated Defensive Electronic Countermeasures (IDECM) engineering and manufacturing development contract with Sanders, a Lockheed Martin Company. One order will require the contractor to perform an installed effectiveness analysis of the IDECM Radio Frequency (RF) Subsystem on the F/A-18E/F aircraft. The installed effectiveness effort will include analysis of aircraft antenna field of view and gain data, line loss data, and projected IDECM RF Subsystem capabilities to predit detection ranges versus azimuth and elevation. The other order will provide contractor support at technical interchange meetings and integration working group meetings not already covered by the contract.
