USSOCOM requires SETA for the Special Operations Acquisition Center (SOAC), the Joint Staff Offices and Component Commands. The primary area of support will be for the SOAC in managing various programs during all phases of the acquisition cycle. Support required for USSOCOM includes a broad range of technical services including Program/Project Support; Engineering and System Analysis; integrated Logistics Support; Financial Management; Configuration Management; Studies, Evaluations and Assessments; Test and Evaluation; Operational Analysis, Intelligence and Information Warfare; Training and Education; Management Information Systems; Security Program support; and documentation preparation and review. The Government anticipates awarding one or more Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity services contract(s) with an ordering period from May 1997 through May 2001.
