The Smithsonian Institution intends to contract for exhibition design services. The Smithsonian Institution anticipates awarding at least one open-term contract for an initial one year period with up to four (4) one year option periods against which work order contracts will be issued for design services for specific exhibition project(s). The maximum dollar amount for any single work order is anticipated to be $500,000.00 (five hundred thousand dollars). The maximum cumulative dollar amount for all work orders issued during the base contract year or any one option year is $2,000,000.00 (two million dollars).
