The Air Force is interested in locating sources who can provide National Convention Support/Bookings. The service shall include, but not limited to, rental contracts for conventions identified by HQ Air Force Recruiting Service, booth rental (single or double), standard booth sign and accessories, electrical services, carpet cleaning, standard exhibitor badges, labor and dryage fees, as required. Potential sources will be required to provide business size standard, performance experience on Government and commercial contracts for a similar/like service, have access to convention prospectuses, capability to perform task on short notice, and evidence of financial capability. This synopsis is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an IFB or RFP. Its issuance does not obligate the government to award a contract nor restrict the government as to the ultimate acquisition.
