Description of Work: Install lightning protection and grounding systems at multiple locations throughout the installation. Install catenary systems and grounding at numerous open-air munitions storage pads. Install lightning protection and grounding at several buildings. Provide streamer retarding lightning protection and grounding for four cranes. Provide grounding of railroad track and fencing. Install a computer-based early storm warning system with roof-mounted satellite. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
