A new building shall be provided to house the generators and their associated equipment. Exterior work required shall include site work associated with the new building, provision of necessary utilities, construction of an electrical duct bank from the new facility to existing switching station ''B'', and necessary work within the switching station to connect the new facility into the Fort Eustis electrical distribution system. The magnitude of the project is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This project is an UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. The duration of this project is 480 calendar days.
