UNRESTRICTED. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for
this project is 1731 - Electrical Work. The size standard is $7.0
million. The work is to include but is not limited to disconnection and
removal of exterior underground vault main service entrance bank,
disconnection and removal of various equipment including panelboard,
current transformer (CT) cabinet, metering, etc., installation of
outdoor padmounted 500 KVA transformer, installation of new 1200 ampere
main distribution panelboard aling with emergency kirk-key interlocked
tie switch and required metering, removal and disposal of asbestos
containing materials where required, and all incidental related work.

the local area are encouraged to pick-up a copy of the plans and specs
in the Plans and Specs Office, 1st Floor, Building 212 of the
Washington Navy Yard. The hours of operation are between 7:30 AM and
3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. There will be no charge for the
documents, however, there will only be one set issued per contractor.
Please note that the plans and specs will be issued on a ''first-come,
first-serve'' basis. The projected date for issuance of plans and
specs is 17 May 1996. The projected date for bid opening is 17 June
1996. The estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and
