The work consists of constructing two metal ''butler type'' additions; a 55'x 60' at the north end and a 25'x 42' at the south end. The additions to include large overhead doors, windows, overhead bridge cranes, underground utility relocations (water, sewer, catch basins), large (15'x 34'x 12' deep) concrete pit, large reinforced concrete seismic masses, general lighting, plumbing, electric, high and low air pressure stations, heating and ventilation. Other renovations to existing building include the addition of a bathroom, numberous electric drops to equipment, minor lighting modifications, and the installation of a floor drainage gutter system. The facility shall be as shown on the design drawings. The estimated cost range is $500,000 - $1,000,000. The SIC code is 1542 and the small business size standard is $17.0 million.
