This project falls under the new Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This project is unrestricted. Provide all equipment, labor, materials, supplies, supervision and transportation necessary to: (1)Replace one 10,000 gallon FRP on-line chrome waste water storage tank with a new unused 20,000 gallon FRP tank available on station. (2) Modify the new tank to add additional inlets, outlets, baffles, a light weight mixer and a ladder with platform and handrails, and (3) Empty, triple rinse and dispose of the 10,000 gallon tank and another out of use 2,000 gallon FRP empty tank and accessories. Job site is the industrial waste water pretreatment plant with limited open space. Job includes disposing approx. 5 cy yds of chrome containing hazardous waste sludge off-site from bottom of the 10,000 gallon tank using a vacuum truck.
