Delivery to ARSC, Elizabeth City, NC, is desired within 60 days and required within 90 days after receipt of material. This will be a contract for the rework/modification of these 9 items and will be completed within the 90 days after receipt of material. The Coast Guard intends to solicit and negotiate a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis with AlliedSignal Engines in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Technical data is not owned nor available from the Coast Guard. Request for solicitation must be in writing. Telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
