The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA. intends to procure Telemetry Transmitters. Specification: Two hundred and fifty each, fixed-deviation telemetry transmitter operating into a nomimal 50 ohm load on a specified frequency in the ultra high frequency (UHF) telemetry band from 2200.5 to 2290.5 megahertz (MHz). The transmitter operates on the normal aircraft or missile 28-volt direct current (Vdc) power supply. Input to the transmitter is transistor-transistor logic (TTL) signals at a bit rate of one megabits per second (Mb/s), plus or minus 5 percent. The transmitter center frequency shall be selectable, to allow selection of any center frequency, in accordance with the standard bandwidth channels specified in IRIG 106 via jumpers applied to an externally accessible connector. Expected delivery schedule is FOB destination to NAWCWD, China Lake, of four first article test units sixty days after effective date of contract. Twenty units shall be delivered sixty days after acceptance of First Article. Thereafter, the contractor shall deliver ten units per month, not to exceed two hundred and fifty units.
