First Articles (8ea) will be required from all but a proven source. Responsible sources must submit proof that their facility has a confidential security cclearance with the Department of Defense when a solicitation package is requested. Solicitation packages can not be sent if the requestor is not classified at minimum with a confidential clearance. Simplified Acquisition Procuderes shall be used for this procurement.
