each Pressure Vessel in accordance with a specification preparedby NSWC
Crane representatives. The vessel will be used to perform hydrostatic
pressure testing at a maximumworking pressure of 300 psig on various
explosive devices. It shall be movable and capable of being
passedthrough a 34 inch wide passageway and shall be designed,
constructed, tested and stamped in accordance withASME Boiler and
Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division I. This vessel shall be
designed for statictest load only. All fabrication shall be by air or
gas welding. The vessel will be subjected to air andhydrostatic tests.
Upon completion of the tests, associated data will be provided in
accordance with the DDForm 1423's. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination
to NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane within 120 days after contractaward. This
item is being procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures(SAP). It
is anticipated that aformal Request for Quotes will be issued. In a
SAP, this procurement is exclusively reserved for SmallBusiness
concerns in accordance with FAR clause 52.219-6. See Numbered Note 1.
