804/441-6580. This is a combined synopsis/solictiation for commercial
items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as
supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being
requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation
number 51EANR-6-00098 is issued as an invitation to bid. The
solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those
in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-37. This procurement
action is 100% small business set-aside. The associated standard
industrial classification code is 3577. A firm is a small business for
the purpose of this requirement if it employs less than 1,000
employees. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends
to establish a requirements contract for the following supplies to
support a Calcomp, Model 6603 printer: est qty: 660 each, Calcomp Color
master Plus Model 6603 A-size 4-color ribbon, CRA+C4A; est qty: 300
each, Calcomp Color Master Plus Model 6603 A-size paper 8.5'' x 11'',
CPA+A, est qty: 90 each, Calcomp Color Master Plus Model 6603 A-size
transparency 8.5'' x 11'' CFA+A. The estimated quantities remain the
same for the option years as in the base year. The period of
performance will be effective date of contract through September 30,
1996, with two one-year option periods. The delivery and acceptance
point is the US Dept of Commerce/NOAA, Geophysical Fluid Dynamics
Laboratory, Forrestal Campus, Route 1, Princeton, New Jersey 08542. The
FOB point is destination. Supplies shall be delivered in accordance
with instructions in individual delivery orders. The provision at
52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this
acquisition and there are no addenda to this provision. Bidders shall
include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror
Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
