As previously stated, under the authority of 40 U.S.C. 759(g), the government intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Dictaphone Corporation to provide a turnkey solution for the integrated upgrade of the existing Dictaphone Digital Express 7000 dictation system and provide the Record Express 1000 transcription system software and hardware at Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Fort Sill, OK. The turnkey solution will include the installation of all hardware and software plus training of the end users. The transcription system shall fully integrate with the Dictaphone Digital Express 7000 dictation system and the Composite Health Care System (CHCS).
