The items being procured are 1 each of Wind Power Tool Bundle consisting of p/n's 100-4036-8Z-00, 100-4074-8N-00, 100-VSIM-8N-00, 1 each of Tool Bundle Maintenance consisting of p/n's 130-2520-001, 130-1006-001, 130-1034-001, 1 each of BSP for Motorola MVME147 p/n 100-3023-8C-02, 1 each of BSP for Motorola MVME165 p/n 100-M165-8C-02, 1 each of BSP for Motorola MVME162 p/n 100-3027-8C-02 and 25 each of Target Licenses p/n 140-1230-0000. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis for these Windriver products because the software tools being procured are an integral part of the software that was previously purchased from Windriver. This software is proprietary/copyrighted. Delivery is required FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland within 40 days after contract award.
