The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit and negotiate an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract to add to the current movie program for the Navy Motion Picture Service. The leased films are for use ashore and afloat by the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and ships of the Military Sealift Command and designated ships of the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration. The acquired films must be furnished in the following formats: (1) 8MM videocassettes, (2) 16MM prints, standard picture process, color, printed on estar base film stock, and (3) limited number 35MM prints. This requirement is part of the Navy's Motion Picture Licensing Program. It is anticipated that the contract will contain a base period plus one (1) option year. This action is taken pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304, 41 U.S.C. 253 and FAR 6.101.
