TVA is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for sources who can provide services and/or programs in one or more of the following areas: 1) job analysis, particularly identifying critical, job-related skills of executives, middle managers, and supervisory foreman for the purposes of determining the content of developmental programs and related managerial assessment; 2) skills assessment, especially objective assessor or instrument-based methods of measuring the job-related skills of managers and supervisors and providing developmental feedback; 3) production of video-based assessment tools tailored to specific skills covered in business, supervisory, and leadership development programs; 4) assess the impact of Information Technology-related training programs (e.g. word processing, spreadsheet programs, etc.) on job performance issues such as cycle time. Responders must submit a complete description of services, programs, instruments, and other related information supporting the above items in order to meet the requirements of this synopsis. They must present a listing of their past and present business in the areas listed above for reference. TVA is surveying the marketplace for delivery of a project and report based on the four (4) items above. Pricing, project timeline, and requirements of TVA must be submitted to support the areas of interest. Responses must be received in the office listed below within 15 days after initial publication of this synopsis. Responses must be received in writing (3 copies).
