In-Flight Operation/Performance Assessment in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW), Paragraph 3.1.1 to be completed within 90 days from effective date of contract; Travel in accordance with SOW, Paragraph 3.1.2, as required; Fault Detection Capability Assessment in accordance with SOW, Paragraph 3.2.1, with completion within 180 days from effective date of contract; Training Handbook (Operation/maintenance) in accordance with SOW, Paragraph 3.4, to be complete within 270 days from effective date of contract; Field Support Services in accordance with SOW, Paragraph 3.3.1 as required. Period of Performance is for 365 days from effective date of contract. Associated data shall be in accordance with the DD Form 1423's. The contractor shall furnish all labor, facilities, material and equipment required to perform the tasks as defined in the Government's SOW. Delivery shall be FOB Destination.. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source which is Condor Systems, Inc., 45180, Business Court, Sterling, VA under authority of FAR 5.302.
