The Great Lakes Region is seeking qualified businesses to perform building maintenance services for various FAA facilities throughout the State of Illinois. All interested parties responding to this announcement must be able to demonstrate, as a minimum, the following capabilities in order to be considered for inclusion on a Qualified Vendor List (QVL): 1) have three years of experience in providing building maintenance services, 2) have an operating office located within the eight Great Lakes state boundaries or have a branch office located in the State of Illinois, 3) have adequate resources i.e., financial, technical, and 4) have a satisfactory performance record.
