The system includes a 5,000gallon septic tank, a 5,00 gallon sump tank, and two separate mound beds, each approximately 186 feet long by 42 feet wide, connected through a diversion valve. The electrical work includes a control panel and alarm system. The existing septic tankand leach lines will be removed after the mound system is operational. Fence relocation and reseeding of the topsoil are included in the site work. The contractor must comply with Marin County Environmental Health licensing requirements for sewagedisposal system construction. SIC Code 1711. The estimated price range for this contract is between $500,000 and $1 million. Duration of the contract is 90 days. There is a Nonrefundable Charge of $20.00 for each solicitation set.
