The solicitation will include Definitive Responsibility Criteria which will require offerors to have extensive experience in construction of custom homes. The estimated cost range of this project is $500,001 to $1,000,000. The location of this project is in the City of Westminster, in Orange County, California. The performance time for completion of this project is 120 calendar days. The presolicitation notice (SF-1417) for this project is currently available. For this acquisition the standard industrial classification code is 1521 and the small business size standard is $17 million. The estimated issuance date of the solicitation is May 31, 1996. The estimated date for receipt of bids is July 10, 1996.
