Contractor shall provide a new 0.060 inch thick, fully adhered, reinforced EPDM roof with new insulation, wood nailers and blocking, premolded expansion joint material for joints on the concrete roof deck, membrane walkway and flashing. The roof area measures approximately 6200 square feet. Other work includes removing and replacing the exposed bricks on the one chimney on the roof, as well as incidental related work.
