DESCRIPTION OF WORK--The work includes demolition and removal of the Source Regions Magnetic Pulse Bubble Building and the Annex Room Building. The work also includes the removal and proper disposal of three 10,000 gallon above ground oil storage tanks and backfilling, pavement repair and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000.--Firm Fixed Price Contract.--Contract duration is 90 calendar days.--Bids will be considered from all responsible sources.--This project is unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17 million.--NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office.--A fee will be charged for all plans and specs. Each set will cost $9.93.
