This is a pre-solicitation notice to inform all bidders of the National Park Service's intention to solicit bids for the Valley Railway Slope Stabilization under SR 82 Bridge to include general construction of tieback soldier pile retaining walls, grading, installation of rock protection, piping and underdrain systems and seeding restoration. This procurement will be awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program 100-656(241). Accordingly, it is open to both small and large businesses.
