The trucks shall have the following standard features: 4-wheel; two passengers; 4 cylinder, liquid cooled gas; horsepower - approx 49 hp at 5500 rpm; fuel capacity - at least 10 gal; rated capacity - at least 2000 lb; speed - at least 24 mph; cargo area - approx 8' x 4'.
