The Gov't intends to procure on a sole source basis with Gelco Gov't Svcs, a modification to an existing contract. This contract modification encompasses the installation, set-up and configuration of Gelco's Travel Manger Plus software version 4.15 on a server with Windows client. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: In response to Travel Re-engineering development requirements, the contractor shall: 1. Install and setup the Travel Manager Plus version 4.15 as an upgrade to currently installed version 4.1D. 2. Administer training to pertinent personnel. 3. Setup and test the electronic processing portion of the CTO module to Traval Manager Plus. 4. Provide 5 days of consulting and re-engineering support. 5. Provide 5 days of training for NRaD, Sato and NCCOSC personnel. 6. Upgrade Accounting System Interface for Travel Authorizations (NFAS). 7. Upgrade Accounting System Interface for Travel Vouchers (DFAS). GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY/MATERIAL: Government will provide the hardware (i.e. The existing file/database server, ethernet drops and ethernet cards) in support of the Travel Re-engineering effort. Some new ethernet drops and ethernet cards will be installed and provided by the government in support of this effort. TRAVEL: Estimated 2 trips to San Diego, CA. from the contractors facility in the Washington D.C. area. OTHER--SECURITY. United States citizenship required due to sensitivity of information and of spaces where the work is to be performed. Visit requests must be in place prior to coming to work so escorting is not required. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE. The contractor shall work on-site at NRaD and at the contractors facilities. Approximately 95% of the work will be performed on-site at NRaD. While here at NRaD, contractor will be in buildings A33, 87, 100 and 200. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE.
