The Government intends to procure on a sole source basis with Oracle Corp., one year continuation of License and support agreement for Oracle RDBMS and associated software. Contract will provide continuing License for, upgrades to, and technical support for the specified software. Technical support will be available by telephone contact as a minimum from 7:15am to 4:45pm Monday through Friday. Electronic mail may be used to supplement telephone contact. Additionally, on-site support will be provided if necessary. On-site support will be scheduled with listed points of contact.
