(2) Two copies each of the SF-254 and 255 are required. (3) References to acquisition and real estate relocation services and condemnation proceedings are deleted. (4) The requirement to provide Construction and Field Support services is added. These services include items such as: review of submittals, answering Construction Contractor requests for information, performing periodic site visits to ensure that construction does not deviate from design, and preparation of as-built drawings after final acceptance of the building by the Government.
