The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and tools for the preventative maintenance of elevators, dumbwaiter, equipment lifts, overhead doors, and dock levelers. The Contractor's facilities shall be located within a 100 mile radius from the Army Research Laboratory, Adelphi, Maryland. The Contractor must be able to document that his/her company has been established and active in the maintenance, supervision, testing and repair of elevators and the associated equipment as per the specification/scope of work, for a minimum of 6 years. The contract will consist of the base year, and four (4) options. The proposed contract is being considered for 100% set aside for small business concerns. Interested firms should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing to the Contracting Officer above evidence of capibility to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small business concern. If adequate interest is not received from small business concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a bid or proposal which will be considered by the Agency.
