The U.S. Customs Service intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems, 86 S. Cobb Drive, Marietta, GA, for the provision of technical support services on a time and materials basis, in support of the USCS P-3 and P-3 AEW aircraft. Services to be provided include, but are not limited to, software engineering services and general engineering services in support of the peculiar aircraft systems and equipment.
