The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is sponsoring an NDI/COTS Symposium, 10 through 12 September 1996 in support of acquisition reform. The symposium will assist in highlighting all aspects of acquisition and life cycle support to the military application of Non-Development Items (NDI) and Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) hardware. It will consist of expert discussion panels, technical paper presentations, related exhibits, and well known Department of Defense (DOD) keynote speakers. Participation of all Military Services Industry, Academia, DOD Agencies, and Government is encouraged. The symposium will be hosted by NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV Keyport at the NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV Museum, Keyport, WA. All aspects will be unclassified. Related technical papers and exhibits are welcome.
