furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to
expand the existing Main Post Office located at 201 East Lake Ave.,
into an adjacent building and the renovation and remodeling of the
existing facility. General categories of work include interior
demolition, grading, asphalt and concrete pavements, chain link fencing
and gates, concrete foundations, concrete block walls, metal studs -
interior and exterior, metal lath, stucco, drywall, hollow metal doors
and frames, storefront, glass and glazing, folding and rolling
grilles, finish hardware, porcelain tile, acoustical ceilings,
resilient tile and base, carpet, painting, architectural casework and
specialties, mechanical equipment and ductwork and electrical revisions
and service, telephone services, lighting, closed circuit TV security
systems and Postal specialties and casework. Estimated cost of this
project is between $525,000 and $650,000 with 180 days for construction
after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation instructions,

Copies of the complete invitation and contractual documents are
available at $75 per set (NON-REFUNDABLE) from the architect. A check
should be made payable to John McKenna, Architect and mailed to them at
3333 West Kennedy Blvd., Ste. 105, Tampa, FL 33609. Telephone requests
will not be accepted. Offerors are strongly encouraged to submit
proposals via U.S. Postal Service First Class or Express Mail. There
will be no public opening of offers. The number of offers received,
identify of offerors, amount of any offer or relative standing of the
offers will not be disclosed to anyone until time of contract award. It
