The work includes the furnishing of all labor, mateirals, equipment and services necessary for construction of a new Westland Station Post Office in Jacksonville, Florida on a site located at the intersection of Blanding Blvd. and Townsend Rd. The building will have approximately 34,000 gross SF of floor space. Construction features include steel frame construction, masonry veneer, and built-up roof with a modified cap sheet. This work includes landscaping, utilities, site work, electrical, HVAC, concrete paving, millwork, painting, and other work associated with Postal construction. The estimated cost of this project is between $2,500,000 and $3,300,000 with completion within 330 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
