Repair approximately 30 meters of tunnel support located about 1,800 meters upstream from outlet portal. The repair includes excavating rock, concrete, shotcrete, steel, and wood between existing steel ribsets, hauling excavated materials to an approved disposal site outside the National Volcanic Monument, installing Government furnished steel ribsets, placing formed and unformed concrete below springline, and placing fiber-reinforced shotcrete above springline. FOB: Skamania County, Washington. Contractor is required to begin performance within 10 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed and to complete the work within 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated amount is between $250,000 and $500,000. A Request For Proposal will be available approximately June 13, 1996 at a cost of $30.00. The approximate due date for proposals is July 13, 1996. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. The size standard for which is a concern including all affiliates, with average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three years not in excess of $17 million.
