BOWELL, Contract Specialist, at (913) 239-0461 or NAOMI SAUCEDA at (913) 239-0472 (Site Code DAKF19) The project consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, site soil testing, permits and transportation to perform the following work: Construct a new Master Antenna Tower System, entry road, security fencing at one building; relocation of existing two-way radio equipment from two other buildings; removal of all inactive antennas, coaxial cables and brackets from existing water tower; repair damaged areas where existing communication equipment was removed from top of tank, safety rails and legs of water tower; removal of communication building, building foundation, back-fill and restore ground area under tower; removal of all antennas, coaxial cables and brackets from existing radio tower; and removal of existing radio tower and communications buildings, building foundations, backfill and restore area. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Sealed Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 07 Jun 96 and will open on or about 09 Jul 96. The estimated costs is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 1623. The Small Business size standard for this project is $17.0M annual receipts.
