Dulaney Tel: (410) 965-9508 The Social Security Administration wishes to procure the services of individuals or organizations to supply all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform fire brick replacement, necessary repairs and modifications to Boiler #1 and Boiler #2 located in the Main Boiler Room of the Social Security Administration's Altmeyer Building, located at 6401 Security Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21235. The period of performance is 120 days after receipt of the notice to proceed. The estimated cost range of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A site inspection will be scheduled in the early part of June. All small business concerns interested in submitting a bid on this acquisition shall make a written request for the solicitation document. Bids from other than small business concerns will not be considered. The tentative release date for RFP-96-2630 is May 20, 1996, bids will be opened on or about June 19, 1996 and contract performance shall be completed 120 days after award and notice to proceed is issued. Written requests for the invitation for bids should be submitted prior to May 20, 1996. Request for copies of the solicitation received after the scheduled release date shall be on a first-come, first-served basis until supply is exhausted.
