(Site Code DAAD07) This solicitation sets forth requirements for Repair/Replace Waterlines at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, plant and equipment to construct water lines and appurtenances at various locations on WSMR and outlying sites. All work will be done in accordance with drawings and specifications. The anticipated price range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The contract type will be firm fixed price indefinite quantity for a base year and two one-year options to extend. A $50,000 minimum guarantee will be included for the base period of performance. No funds will be obligated at the time of contract award. Funds will be provided upon the issuance of individual delivery orders. Each delivery order will include a specific completion date. A site visit will be scheduled for this requirement. The exact date and time will be set forth in the solicitation. This solicitation is expected to be issued on or about 21 May 1996, with an expected closing date of 1400 hours (MTZ), 21 Jun 96.
