Thomas, (706)731-7176 Furnish all necessary labor, material and equipment for the renovation and addition to Ambulatory Care, a portion of the first (1st) and second (2nd) floors, Building 801, Downtown Division, VA Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia, to accommondate the new expanded and renovated ambulatory care facility. Work shall include demolition, renovation and new construction; disciplines and trades shall include general construction, site work and landscaping, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, electrical and elevator installation. All work required shall be as shown or indicated on the drawings and/or as specified; installation shall be in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications. Applicable SIC code is 1542. Estimated cost range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bidding materials consisting of drawings, specifications and contract forms may be obtained by qualified General (Prime) Contractors interested in submitting bids. Solicitation will be issued on a first-come-first-serve basis. Only twenty-five (25) sets of specifications and drawings will be available. All requests for solicitation must be in writing.
