Fish & Wildlife Service seeks quotes for construction of concrete-lined ditch, approximately 2112 linear feet, including two concrete ends of the ditch entering pipes. Construction of berm of compacted fill, including clearing of existing dirt ditch and borrow area. Remove and install headgates and remove section of concrete holding the gates. Remove old and install new Government-furnished 16'' diameter turnout, including headgate and culvert under road. Install Government-furnished 36'' diameter corrugated metal pipe. This project is located at the Cibola National Wildlife Refuge in Cibola, Arizona, south of Blythe, California. Bid, performance, and payment bonds are required. The price range is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a labor-surplus area (LSA) set aside. The LSA stipulation is than offeror agrees to perform substantially in the LSA when this is consistent with the efficient performance of the contract and at prices no higher than are obtainable elsewhere.
