Project consists of approximately 40,000 SF of classrooms in Building 2320 at Sheppard AFB. Work will consist of installation of new walls, office space, classrooms and hallways, cat walks, mechanical HVAC renovation, lighting, windows, floor and coverings. Renovations and demolition of existing classrooms, office space, hallways, lighting systems and HVAC systems. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
