Solicitation Notice: This project is to repair four boiler feed pumps and support stands at Elmendorf AFB AK . Magnitude is between $250,000.00 and 500,000.00. The contractor will have the option to retain and reinstall existing 300 HP electric motors or provide new pump/motor assemblies to replace existing. New wiring, connections and support stands will be required. Modifications shall be made to the piping as necessary to reconnect pump assembly to existing plant piping connections. Insulate new piping on feedwater pump inlet and discharge lines. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 16 May 96.
