14 -- ECP TO ADD TESTING & REPROGRAMMING CAPABILITY FOR AL/C SOL N00019-95-C-0167 POC Contact, Andre Sheppard, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm fixed modification to contract N00019-95-C-0167 with Texas Instruments, Incorporated, (TI), PO Box 660246 M/S 3137, Dallas, Texas 75266-0246. This modification procures an Engineering Change Proposal, which adds a testing and reprogramming capability for the Aircraft Launcher Interface Computer to the AN/GSM-396 Guided Missile-Launcher Test Set, for forty modification change kits for the US Air Force. TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the AGM-88 HARM weapon system, and the only known firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to meet this reqirement.
