This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Amherst Systems Inc, 30 Wilson Road, Buffalo, NY 14221-7082 on an other than full and open competitive basis for 1 each RES Ceesim Program Upgrade IDD for CEESIM Dis Integration & CAL Support DIS NAM Interface p/n SYSUPGRADE, 1 each of CEESIM Single User License p/n License and 1 each Constant Power Feature for the RES CEESIM p/n Power. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis for these items because CEESIM is unique hardware that was designed & developed by Amherst of which makes them the only ones that can provide the needed upgrade. Delivery is required FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland with in 40 days after contract award.
