The purpose of the 12-month research effort, entitled: ''The Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA): Rapid Dominance - A New Adjunct,'' is to strengthen and to broaden both the operational and structural aspects of the RMA through investigation of the concept of ''rapid dominance''; to identify the implications of this operational concept on force structure, design, employement, training and education, and industrial, R&D and infrastructure considerations.
