Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) has a requirement for a contractor
to provide operational support for the 1996 Overseas Housing Allowance
(OHA) Utility and Move-in Expenses Survey. The 1996 OHA Utility and
Move-in Expenses Survey will collect data on recurring maintenance,
moving and utility expenses from active-duty military personnel at
approximately 81 overseas locations. The survey will require the
following operational support activities for approximately 26,000
military personnel: obtain, assemble and store materials, develop and
implement a survey control system; produce mailing labels, assemble and
mail questionnaire packages, receive and process returns; key enter
completed questionnaires; develop and produce databases; and pack,
store, retrieve and discard questionnaires. The period of performance
shall be 12-months. There is no solicitation document for this
procurement. All requests for the Statement of Work must be in writing.
Telephone requests will not be honored. This is a small business set
