The Air Force Flight Test Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Raytheon Corporation to provide engineering and support services for Main Display Controller, Raytheon P/N G491755-33, Maintenance Support Services required shall include: exchange, repair, refurbishment of OEM initiated Engineering Change Order (ECO) installation on modules, assemblies, and parts for the Main Display Controller, Raytheon P/N G491755-33. Contractor shall be able to provide replacement parts and consumables for the Main Display Controller listed, diagnostic services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The contractor will be required to meet the following priorities: Express: Provides emergency overnight carrier delivery service of replacement parts in exchange for the inoperable part. A new part or part of equal quality shall be provided. The Government shall return the inoperable part within a reasonable amount of time, Priority: Exchange shall be completed within 5 work days of receipt by the contractor of inoperable part, Repair: Repair and return the repaired part within two (2) weeks after the receipt of the inoperable part. Equipment is located at CARIBROC Key West, FL, NISE West, San Diego and Edwards AFB, CA. This controller is an integrated component of the CARIBROC Upgrade system which includes secret classified documentation.
